Dear Macy’s Customer Service, I am writing regarding a 3-piece suit I recently purchased from Macy’s. Unfortunately, when I received the suit, I discovered that the pants do not match the jacket. They are noticeably different colors, making the suit unsuitable to wear as intended. I understand that Macy’s has a 30-day return policy. However, this is not a matter of simply changing my mind about the purchase—the item I received appears to have mismatched pieces and is not the suit I expected to receive. I would like to request an exchange for the correct matching pants and jacket, preferably a complete matching 3-piece suit if necessary. I would appreciate it if Macy’s could make an exception to the 30-day policy because the issue is with the merchandise I received. Please let me know how I can return the incorrect suit and receive the correct matching one. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I bought this for a 70th birthday party. The suit fits just as described. Well- fitted suit with trousers, jacket and vest, just a classic.
The pants are too small and they are not true to size.
I think it looks like puke, the color was going to be light shiny and is dark dull color
The fit was good, but unfortunately the ivory suit pants are not lined so you can clearly see the pockets through the fabric.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 3RD PARTY COMPANY THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give 0 STARS if I could. I had ordered 6 suits for my groomsman, finding out 1 of 6 did not fit I was unable to return it. I was 3 days past their "30-day return policy" because it takes more than 30 days to have people try on their suits when they all don't live in the same town. You would think a company that wants to keep a good reputation would have half decent customer service and make at least a 1 time exception. Everyone knows they would have no problem reselling it. It goes back in stock in original packaging and sold again... Kind of crazy the type of world we live in. If you have any uncertainty if someone's suit might not fit them DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
