Very bad fitting tight from thighs

Amazing pants but run slightly large
Amazing pants, very elegant and of a good quality, but I wish they were tighter on the waist. I normally wear 4/6, ordered this in size 4, and I can still put them on without unzipping and have lots of room around the waist, they feel very very loose.
