My feet aren’t wide but the band around the toes is tight these hurt

These heels run very small... And seem very narrow. I love Jessica Simpson heels and have several pair but these ones are just not the same...

Had to return them. The strap that holds the heel is so loose that it almost makes it dangerous to walk. The strap that’s across the top of the foot is a bit tight. I’m not one to return things but this heel is definitely not worth keeping.

Problem with sizes. I ordered multiple sizes and they all fit exactly the same. Measured them side by side and they were identical even though the size under the shoe had different sizes on them. All tight. Sad because they’re even prettier in person

You guys shipped me a used pair of shoes that were dirty in a box with trash in it. It was so disgusting. I took it back to the store and they were horrified. I was shocked as it was so careless.

Great shoe. I purchased these in silver for my birthday party. They were stable and I was able to wear them all night. Nice heel.

Very beautiful shoes but very uncomfortable. I bought a half size up and the straps over the toe area was squeezing the soul out of my feet and my feet kept sliding through.

Beautiful shoe but the strap is too loose. Feels like a sandal while walking around since the strap is not secure. Other than that comfy height.
