Hi, I bought my Iris march 2023. I love it. But... it is defect now, it doesn't work anymore! That should not be possible, after such a short period and no heavy using., because due to lack of time I haven't been a heavy user of the device. What should I do? I have a whole collection of Foreo's and I am a big fan: I already bought 8 products: the Ufo, Peach, 2 Luna's, Bear, Led Mask for the face, LED Mask for the neck and the Iris. But now my Iris breaks down...

I received it two days ago and I’m already addicted, I love it! It is sooo relaxing!

I use this 2x a day with under eye cream for dark circles. I have not noticed a different yet (it's been 4-5 weeks) so hopefully I will soon because that is what both the product description and reviews have stated.

I don’t know why this brand is expensive. It’s pointless. It’s literally more annoying than using your finger to tap because you just holding it up there and it seems like it does nothing.
