I received my earnings they were very nice only 1 thing wrong one of the earnings was missing a back I didn't have any extra backs from order earnings that I already have so I called costumer service Melisa help me she was amazing I did get the insurance Melisa listened to me and contnected me to the insurance company I spoke to Juan he was great he understood everything I was saying I don't have a Macy's near me so they are sending me out a new pair of earrings then I can return the one with no back free they are going to send out what I need to send them back i was so relieved thank you Macy's for working with me they had a very nice shine to them and sparkled

I tried to buy this with debit card and it was declined. I don't understand why it was declined. I bought a pair of these at store month ago,and wanted another pair. The store didn't have them in stock. Why was I declined?
