Topper was defective. Opened package and there was a ridge in the middle and I thought perhaps letting us lay flat for 48 hrs would help it flatten out, it did not. I’m going a to remark not recommend because I have nothing to compare it to.
So disappointed with this topper. there is a huge bulge where it was folded and a little discoloration in one area. I let it sit for days to take its shape and it did not change. My husband had to do a little cutting to make it work. We didn't have enough time to send back and exchange. We had to make it work. So if you buy it and it looks like my picture... its not going to fix itself - just send it back immediately.
The mattress pad came and I opened it. When I opened it, I was perplexed to see a three inch thick foam ridge run from top to bottom in the middle of the pad. Macy’s reached out to the seller. Still waiting for a response.
I purchased this mattress topper in November to prolong the life of my mattress. It took a bit longer than expected for the pad to fully expand as per the instructions. However, once it did, it provided incredible comfort. As a hot sleeper, I was relieved to find that I haven't experienced any overheating issues with this topper. While I'll have to see how it fares in the summer, for now, it feels very breathable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking extra padding for their bed.
Our mattress was old and lumpy. Now with this mattress topper it feels brand new! I melt into bed after a long day at work. The mattress topper is soft and cozy but doesn’t make me hot and sweaty. Best purchase ever!
The shipping was very fast, and the packaging was great. I would recommend this mattress topper to anyone. Very comfortable, and cool. Not to soft not too hard. Literally the perfect thing for a bad back.
Let me start off by saying that I am so happy I purchased this Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress! Shipping was so fast and easy. Once I receive it I did exactly what the instruction said. After laying it out for 24 hours it was ready to go on top of my bed. All I can say is this mattress topper was a breath of fresh air. It was so comfortable and it helps my back pain so much. My husband loves it too and with him having multiple sclerosis it helps with his pain. I am so happy I purchased it and would tell anyone to purchase one too!
