[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one actually projects its scent into large rooms, does not smell cheap, and has a lovely musk note to it. It smells unisex and appropriate for a home. Nobody ever comments on my home's scents, but recently a plumber fixing our kitchen sink said, "oh my God, what is THAT?!" as he started sniffing all over the place trying to find it. He was so enthralled with it that he took a picture of the pura and this plug-in so he could show his wife, haha!

I’ve been a long time pura user and afternoon retreat is one I always come back to. It’s a great kitchen, hallway, bathroom and bedroom scent. It does lean more masculine, but not in an over the top cheap cologne way. When I first smell it, I pick up on lime and bergamot. It’s crisp and clean, not bitter like lime scents can sometimes be. The bottom notes are definitely musk with a little woodiness in there. It has great throw to it and can fill a large room on medium. It is the closest scent I can find to the discontinued and beloved “verb” scent.

It makes my home smell fresh, cozy, and clean, and I find myself looking forward to coming home to it. It’s become one of my favorite Pura scents and definitely one I’ll keep coming back to!

I had been searching forever to find another way to bring this into my home. It's actually the entire reason I tried pura in the first place. Couldn't find that scent anywhere else. The other scent by the same company is really nice, too!
