My mom purchased the watch a couple of months ago and it was working fine. She loved it just a couple of weeks ago. We tried everything. It would not hold charge. It wouldn't even turn on. We left it on for 2 hours, Even the whole day and it turned on for a minute and then went on and died, and never turned back on.

So far I like the look and style of the watch. I like the fact that it is easy to read the numbers and to recharge the watch.
Always had a fit bit thought I would try a watch that cost less. Loved the looks and the battery charge lasted a week. But after that the watch does not charge and does not work. Tried everything suggested when googling. Plug usb into computer. Clean back of watch and charger with rubbing alcohol. Let charge for 2 hours. Left on charger for several days, the screen popped up and then battery died. Do waste your money.
Hello, I’m contacting you regarding my recent order. At the time of purchase, the website stated delivery would take between 2–6 days. I planned accordingly based on the 6-day timeframe. However, I’ve now been informed that the delivery date has been extended to the 18th of this month.

I brought it so I track my steps. It doesn't even last two months. It can't even charge now, and the battery does not last long. I wish I could give it zero stars.
It was very hard to connect and set up. After setting up , I was never able to recharge the battery. I wore this watch off and on about three to four days. I could never recharge. My life has been too busy to make the return within the deadline. So I just wasted money. Very unhappy!
Hi unfortunately this watch disappoints in many ways. Although it’s an attractive don’t waste your money. It doesn’t hold a charge for very long, the item doesn’t always sync to the phone properly and the watch light shines with every movement which drains the battery even faster. Do yourself a favor and stick to the Fitbit.
