Maneuverability is the best, it walks by itself. Spouse has one and kept bragging about how nice it was to push around. I had a Samsonite higher wheels and over uneven terrain not great. I decided to get one for ease of travel. Interior space for packing deep and you can organize. I have stackers they work great for packing and fit nicely in bag.
Great little piece of luggage but I don't care too much for the way the toiletries bag is attached. Maybe Velcro or a snap button would be better.
I think it is an excellent product. It handles smaller domestic US overhead bins easily. I wish the small document pocket was a bit easier to access & had a clip inside to hold car keys. It would also be nice if there was a collapsible clip, pocket or netbag to hold a single water bottle (for between flights).
Everything about this suitcase exceeds my expectations!
The case can hold my wife's laptop and other charging cords with no problem. The case handles great and is easy to trasport across large distances between classes and lecture halls.
I took it on a trip for the first time recently and was very happy to have purchased the crew classic carry-on spinner. The balance, handle and the wheel system live up to the many positive reviews the receive and it is notably better and easier to use than a range of other spinners we've had over the years. The interior of the bag is also spacious for it's outer dimensions. The internal organizer is not entirely intuitive to me even after reading about it and watching a YouTube video, but it does seem helpful.
Have had crew luggage many years and love the durability.
This bag is great. I had a "full sized" carry-on with a built in laptop section that never got used. This smaller bag holds more than that bag did and no more having to gate check!
I bought this for an upcoming trip. It was supposed to be delivered five days before the trip however due to shipping delays it arrived after I had already left on vacation. I have not been able to see or use the bag so I have really nothing to say about it other than I’m very frustrated that it arrived so late. I will get to see it after I get home.
Finally replacing my husband's travel pro from 10+ years ago - highly recommend as they hold up really well - also purchased a set for myself!
