Great little piece of luggage
Great little piece of luggage but I don't care too much for the way the toiletries bag is attached. Maybe Velcro or a snap button would be better.

I think it is an
I think it is an excellent product. It handles smaller domestic US overhead bins easily. I wish the small document pocket was a bit easier to access & had a clip inside to hold car keys. It would also be nice if there was a collapsible clip, pocket or netbag to hold a single water bottle (for between flights).

The case can hold my wife's laptop and other charging cords with no problem. The case handles great and is easy to trasport across large distances between classes and lecture halls.

I took it on a trip for the first time recently and was very happy to have purchased the crew classic carry-on spinner. The balance, handle and the wheel system live up to the many positive reviews the receive and it is notably better and easier to use than a range of other spinners we've had over the years. The interior of the bag is also spacious for it's outer dimensions. The internal organizer is not entirely intuitive to me even after reading about it and watching a YouTube video, but it does seem helpful.

This bag is great. I
This bag is great. I had a "full sized" carry-on with a built in laptop section that never got used. This smaller bag holds more than that bag did and no more having to gate check!

Looks great. Very good quality
Looks great. Very good quality - the wheels are vey smooth. It is BIG if that is what you want. Just wish the "pull" had another notch so it would be easier to also carry a briefcase.

I ordered 2 medium crew classic . I went to attach name tag and main zipper fell to the floor. I crimped back on for temp fix will send back after my trip . Very sad such a good brand and poor quality control inspections .
