Waist was tight.
I bought the capri back in the summer and got two pairs a white and navy blue. The white fitted just fine but the navy was tight in the waist. I still wear them around.

These are sweatpants - loose for working in, but not for places you care about. Very comfortable, rather loose fit, elastic waist.
