Honestly the necklace is fine, but it was an expensive jewelry purchase. It arrived rattling around in an uninsured, damaged cardboard shipping box in a tiny plastic baggie. No jewelry box at all, not even just a tiny Macy's box. This is a gift, so now I have to go find a way to wrap and give it that doesn't look cheap and won't allow the tiny jewelry to be lost in a gift bag.

I bought this necklace thinking it was solid gold because the sales associates assured me it was, Her appearance is beautiful and shines too much. However, days after wearing it, the necklace broke. Upon examining the chain piece, I discovered it is hollow. I am very disappointed and would like a refund.

I liked the chain, even though the clasp is extremely small. I bought it in November 22, and February 23, as I was removing it from my neck, one of the links came off. I can no longer wear the chain.
