I am very disappointed with my recent online order. I purchased these shoes two days ago because I liked them, but also because the website indicated they would be delivered by today. I specifically needed them by tomorrow for an event. I now receive that the estimated delivery date changed and now shows by June 17, which is nearly a week later than originally promised. Had I known the actual delivery date, I likely would have purchased a different pair or ordered from another retailer. Accurate delivery estimates are extremely important when customers are making time-sensitive purchases. I hope Macy’s can improve the reliability of its shipping information and provide a solution for customers when delivery dates change significantly after an order is placed.
