Hi, I received my order today, but only one shoe was in the package instead of a pair. Could you please help resolve this?

Stiff, cheap leather, and uncomfortable
This had an amazing price but was unfortunately not wearable because of how stiff and uncomfortable the leather was. You can tell it's thin, cheap leather. I'm used to nicer shoes and I know they need to be broken in, but these were bad.
