So we all know London Fog. It’s a heritage brand. What I thought I was buying (given the name and price point) is a high-quality 100% wool coat. I’m disappointed in knowing there’s polyester blended into it. I’m not a fan of wearing plastics…. Construction-wise, however I’ll give the coat an A . I will need to get the sleeves shortened and the sides taken in a little bit. But other than those nitpicky things. It’s a decent coat. This will hold me over until I can reasonably invest in a full wool coat. Just if you are a traditionalist when it comes to formal coats such as this like I am. Make sure you read the description first where it shows the fabrics in its make. I wish Macys made the lettering a little bigger so it’s not as easily missed.

The coat arrived promptly and packaged with care. The sizing is perfect (46L) and the material and tailoring is as what would be expected for a London Fog product, for sure above average. Also, the sale price made this an attractive buy!

I am a creature of habit. This is my 3rd maybe 4th peacoat. The all wool wears like iron. It was time, after 15+ years, for a new coat and the London Fog coat was at it lowest price, so I jumped. And I am glad I did. Excellent weight and style. It may outlast me ( I am a semi-spritely 73).

THIS COAT IS VERY WELL MADE AND FITS A 48L PERFECTLY. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.
