Lands' End School Uniform Kids Short Sleeve Interlock Polo Shirt

I was forced to buy from this brand because my child's school requires we use it. The shirt faded upon the first wash and also shrunk a whole size. On the bright side it is soft.

These shirts unfortunately shrink big time after washing. I need to be able to wash and dry with no worries of shrinking (especially as my children continue to grow quickly!) but these shirts have shrunk at least 2 inches since the start of the school year. To have to air dry a kindergartener's shirts really stinks because at that age, you're constantly doing laundry, and air drying obviously takes much longer. At this price, the shirt should be better quality. I've noticed they also hold stains after treatment (which, again, for young kids, stains are going to happen!) Our school makes us use Lands End for the uniforms, otherwise I would not buy this shirt again.

If you are ordering for a girl, size down. I ordered 8 uniform shirts customized for my 11 year old daughter. They were huge. Made a backup order with smalls and mediums, and only the small size fits. She is petite. Material quality is good, soft, and not see through. Hoping I can find someone to donate the larger sizes to within our school.

The two stars are for the softness of the shirts. I have purchased a number of these for my two boys and this last order was awful. The shirts shrunk after one wash. The shirts shrink even without drying them in the dryer. I am so disappointed. I have to pull on the shirts every day when I wash them to try to stretch them back out. Unfortunately, I am waiting for new shirts which takes forever. I am disappointed that this is the only place to buy shirts for my kids school.

Yes — then I’d make that clear so people understand the embroidery wasn’t optional. I am beyond disappointed with these shirts. I ordered six of them, and because they were for school, I was required to have the school name embroidered on them, which added even more to the cost. I washed the shirts in cold water and hung them to dry. I NEVER put them in the dryer, and they still shrunk. That is completely unacceptable, especially considering how expensive these shirts are. Now I’m stuck with six embroidered school shirts that no longer fit properly, so it’s not like I can simply use them for something else. For the price Lands’ End charges, the quality should be much better. I would absolutely never purchase these shirts again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money if you have another option. Very disappointing!

Great material and my son loves how comfortable they are

I've been buying these shirts for a couple years and suddenly they are shrinking in length but not in the width. You can hardly tuck in the shirt. My kids are slender so getting a bigger shirt will just be ill fitted and wide. The fabric is soft which my 5 yr old likes, I kept only because he is too young to nice the short length! YES I wash in cold water.

We have only washed in cold and hung dry yet this polo has significantly shrunk since we got it. It is now the same length as some of the size uniform small polos we have. For a polo that cost this much money it is nonsense that it has shrunk this much in a month.

These shirts looked gorgeous when they arrived, and the first few times my kids wore them. The color was deep and the fit looked great... until I decided to follow the care label and dry them on low rather than hang dry like I had been. Huge mistake. They are now essentially crop tops. I can't even really pass them down to younger siblings or other kids, because the shape all messed up now. I'm very upset because I bought so many shirts, as I have 4 kids in school uniforms, and it really adds up. Very disappointed. If you have the option, I'd look at another company when ordering shirts.

The shirts aren’t long enough, and they shrink too much even on extra low in our dryer. Also, when you put a logo on the logo becomes rippled.
