Circulon A1 Series with ScratchDefense Technology Aluminum 5-Quart Nonstick Induction Sauté Pan with Lid

Have not used the pan yet but the Pan looks like it will work great especially if the non stick surface lasts a lifetime as advertised.

This large nonstick pan is awesome. The fasteners on both sides are also coated with the nonstick surface, so nothing sticks to them either. It looks really nice and is very large (a picture with a standard size spatula is included for size reference; the spatula looks small because the pan is large). It has a thick bottom, which is nice and flat (I'm definitely going to be careful to avoid rapid temperature changes, especially hot to cold, so it doesn't get warped). It works great on my induction cook top and heats evenly (see the picture with the boiling water). When I upgraded to an induction, I had to replace my old nonstick pan, which was also a Circulon, because the old one wasn't the right kind of metal to work on induction. After having two Circulon pans I use often, I highly recommend Circulon.

I like Circulon ability to cook evenly. Much better than any other pan I have had. It is a true delight. Needs a little spray so food doesn't stick.

I’ve had Circulon for years and decided it was time for me to get the Circulon cookware that could go in the dishwasher. I was able to get 30 percent or more off the cost of my order and now I’m loving my new pots and pans. To complete my set, I also ordered the 10 quart soup pot. Great choices and the only cookware for me, Circulon.

Whatever adheres during cooking easily washes right off. Highly reccomend

I have been researching non-stick, scratch resistant cookware for a long while. After much research and customer reviews, I decided on Circulon ScratchDefense. I have only used them a few times now, but I am quite impressed with their performance. Just as advertised! They are not bulky heavy, and food does not stick on the surfaces. They clean up very easily and look great. My wife commented on how light they are compared to our old set. I expect these to last quite a while, considering the quality feel and construction. Glad I made these my choice for non-stick, non-scratch cookware. Nice to be able to use a variety of utensils on them without fear of damaging them (PS: I mostly used acacia wood utensils, but occasionally have used steel also. ).

I am researching a new set of pans and came across rave reviews for your A1 series. I already have a set of your Symmetry series and the nonstick inside of the pots I use most often are totally worn off… Snd not by metal spoons. Uniformly worn out. I’ve had this set for approx 5 years. How can you guarantee this won’t happen to your A1 series?

Definitely a non stick surface. They're easy to clean and have some nice features. My wife likes the lids with the pour holes to drain water and i like the nice grippy handles. Im glad I bought them.

I bought this set for my hubby who loves to cook. He absolutely loves them. Not only do they look nice, but they're also very durable.

Great to cook with and so easy to clean. Whether in the dishwasher or by hand.
