I bought this a couple of weeks ago since using it I feel my skin is smoother

I have not received my purchases and am totally disgusted. I got a bogus email stating the package was delivered but I have no proof of receipt. All my deliveries are signed for by my concierge and they never got anything for me from Macy’s. I called the number on the site and talked to an automated voice who said I would get a refund but nothing has come thru to my credit card. I doubt I will ever shop at Macy’s again.
