Works great!
I bought these mittens for wind resistance and some water resistance during 10-30 F weather. So far they've been working great for keeping my hands warm without any wind-chill. My only complaint is the napped leather sheds fibers, not sure if that'll be an issue later on

Incredibly warm but hard to maneuver
They are incredibly warm but they are so stiff you must remove them before doing anything like locking the door etc. My hands actually get hot on the coldest nights when walking the dogs.

tight thumbs
I bought these to replace some M-proline leather mittens that are discontinued. Although these are similar to M-Proline's Freeze Beater mitts and are no doubt very warm, the thumbs are tight which will no doubt lead to cold thumbs. Also, they seem to run small. Finally, they charged me $14 for shipping, almost as much as the mittens cost! I'm returning them for whatever I can get back.
