.
I purchased this item as a gift for someone else. The stated delivery time was acceptable to me. However, for some unknown reason, the watch did not arrive on time. This fact caused me inconvenience. Because it was supposed to be a birthday present. I am very disappointed. I called your hotline and canceled the order. I hope I will get my money back in time.

Faulty band adjustment
It was really cute but the clasp on the band adjustment wouldn't click back down to secure the band
