Sunday Riley B3 Nice 10% Niacinamide Serum, 30 ml

I can’t believe I had the same experience others report here. Batch BN110B manufactured 6 YEARS 8 MONTHS AGO was sent to me by Macy’s. This brown sticky gunk must be the same returned bottle floating around between all of us. The fresh product should be a light lavender color. While I am sure B3 Nice is a great product, how can Macy’s have such low quality standards? Had to return it. Do yourself a favor and don’t risk buying this from Macy’s.

This bottle must have been used before I brought it. Its texture was brown and grainy when the picture in the ad shows the solution as light lavender. I will be returning

Macy's - you sent me this product that was manufactured in Feb, 2020...IT IS 2026!! Code BN110B on the bottom of the box will tell you exactly when it was manufactured on Batchcode.org. The serum is dark brown. I have seen a lot of reviews saying the same thing. This is not normal so do not use this product. Sunday Riley is aware and obliviously she does not care about her customers....all about $$$ I'm sure. The product is on its way back Macy's!

I have purchased this product once before from Macys and was very happy with it! So much so that I ordered another bottle when I ran out. I received a USED BOTTLE THAT HAD BEEN OPENED AND THEN THE BEAUTIFUL BOX IT COMES IN WAS SCOTCH TAPED ON EVERY SIDE! SO SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MACYS! This does not represent the excellence I have always received from them! This is not a cheap product and to be sold a USED bottle is not only below standard but it is DISGUSTING!!! Not a good look Macys!!!!

Serum is brown. There have been many complaints from customers about Sunday Riley's B3 Nice serum turning brown when it is supposed to be a grayish lavender color. Returned.

Would have loved to know if I liked the item but they lost my shipment and they never reshipped it.
