Nice feeling but definitely must wash at least twice, it creates a gentle foam that is easy to distribute. It has a light natural smell that I cannot define but it is nice and stays on for long. I absolutely love this shampoo. I have curly hair and my scalp tends to get oily very quickly. It's hard for me to find a clarifying shampoo that is not too stripping but will leave my scalp feeling cleansed. I used to have to double shampoo, but with this one I only use it once and my hair feels and looks the best for the longest. I highly recommend you try this out. I have long thin fine hair. When I first tried the conditioner I used it just on my ponytail. I found my scalp was dry with just the shampoo. I then tried it everywhere but my hair doesn't look or feel clean for very long when I did. My scalp feels a bit itchy with just using shampoo on my scalp. Before receiving this product I hadn't purchased or tried anything from this brand and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. First off I have been using this product for 3 weeks now and mostly wash my hair in the mornings. It lathers well without having to use too much product and left my hair and scalp feeling clean and moisturized, not stripped. It has a nice natural mineral/seaweed scent and I really liked it, just wish there was a bit more. This product left little to no residue or feeling "heavy" but still provided a good amount of moisture. I don't always seek out vegan products but I appreciated the natural qualities of this shampoo especially the seaweed trio. Another bonus is it is safe for my color-treated hair and has quality ingredients that leaves my hair feeling bouncy and fresh. This is a higher end product and comes at a higher price point but I think it is totally worth it. I really like this product and look forward to trying more from Bumble and bumble.

Using Bumble and bumble Seaweed Shampoo and Conditioner on my 4B hair gave me great results. I used them in the morning because, with my hair washing routine, I like to let my curls air-dry throughout the day. The shampoo and conditioner detangled my hair fairly well and didn't dry my hair out. Both products felt lightweight, and I noticed more volume in my curls after using them. My hair felt soft, and my curls looked healthy and bouncy. My only disappointment was the conditioner scent. It didn't have the same scent as the shampoo and had kind of a clay-like smell that I didn't really care for. However, this is my typical price point for hair products, and I am reviewing as though I spent my own hard earned dollars on it. I have medium density hair, fine strands, slightly wavy, virgin hair cropped into a short, textured pixie. I wash my hair every day. If I don't, my roots and scalp get oily, and the rest of my hair becomes frizzy. I tend to prefer products that have low or no silicones; it's not that I have a vendetta against silicone, but my skin can't seem to absorb too much of it. This seems to have a good balance for me. I have used this shampoo and conditioner duo every day for about three weeks now. My hair is shockingly soft but not at all oily. It has been easy to style, and all I do is air dry it and add a bit of texturizing product. It leaves me with good volume and no frizz. The shampoo cleans nicely, though it does not have the biggest, bubbliest lather. It does lather, though, using a normal amount of product. It leaves my hair feeling clean but not stripped of healthy oils. I am so impressed with this shampoo and conditioner set, that I will be purchasing it when I'm out. If your hair sounds similar to mine, I highly recommend.
