Although I wasn’t really in need of new dishes, I had seen them on display in another store. I ordered from Macy’s, and received them today. No breakage! Packed perfectly. The dishes are actually nicer than I remembered. They look elegant and expensive, although I purchased them on sale. I would definitely recommend these dishes if you want to set an impressive table for guests.
The quality seem to be very good but a butter knife with the serrated mild edges was able to scratch the plate itself. I’ve never had that happen to a quality plate before. But I guess it’s just a plate, but they look and feel nice.
Product is well made. Unfortunately nowadays in-store varieties are very limited so consumers are forced to deal with breakage during shipping. A couple dishes delivered broken, so I returned to the store just to reorder and have the same thing happen. I just kept the second order because I ordered a little more than what I needed.
It scratches so easily when using knives or forks
Dishes arrived broken
Color does not match with pics
I ordered these dishes because they matched the ones I had.
Not what I expected, the plates and bowls are not design to stack in a cabinet, they lean and the bottom of two plates where damages during manufacturing and still packed it anyway.
Ordered on Nov 28, but have not received any updates on shipping after 9 days.
Looks good
