The 2 separate pieces - foam and fluffy filled - worked beautifully to revive the sleep number bed that we’ve had for many years.

This item is horrible! There is no indication of a feeling for "foam mattress topper"! I am very upset that Macy's would have such a product under Macy's items to purchase. I want my full refund, and I highly advise you to remove this item off your list of purchases.

This is terrible! Its advertising is false! There is no memory foam in this product it’s horrible

It’s a little uncomfortable, but I will get used to it. I have to I have no other choice.

I haven't been to Macy's in years and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of sales help ready, willing and able to help me find this mattress topper. I felt warmly received, educated on the product and its availability and appreciated the salesperson's recommendation to get it delivered to my home (free!) instead of trying to carry the huge box out of the store and stuff into my car. The product has been delivering a good nights sleep, too!

Súper confortable on top of a very awful college apartment mattress. Fit great. Not too hot to sleep on.

Returned after unboxing. Was afraid to unwrap plastic seal and expand the products. It seemed too thick and did not meet my needs.

We thought it would be one enclosed piece but it was just a separate piece of foam that went under a mattress topper. The foam felt flimsy and like it would eventually rip, It also had an unpleasant smell. We never tried it but just put it in the box.
