Very comfortable, this topper feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. It added a much needed Comfort layer to the top of my firm Tempur-Pedic mattress. My only gripe is that the prohibition about using an electric blanket or heating pad with this topper was nowhere to be found when ordering, only to be discovered in an insert in the packaging.
The product is average. The odor is extreme .I opened and aired for 3 days. Its on my bed but still overwhelming. Hard to enjoy its possible benefits.
Serene foam is so unique. I have tried many toppers and settled on this one. It is a perfect blend of responsiveness and contour. Sleeps way cooler than memory foam. I’m a petite woman with a light frame and it is hard to find a foam that is not too bouncy but also doesn’t sink too much.
I wanted to write a review since most of the ones here seem to be from people that got the mattress topper free or gave the review for some sort of promotion. My review is neither, just an honest review. I've only been sleeping on this for about 5 nights but I can tell you I have not woken up any morning with the pain I had before getting this. Yes, it did need to air out in a spare room with a window open and fan on for a few days. I have scoliosis and my mattress was just too firm, I tried a latex topper which seemed soft but also has pushback so I was still waking with body aches. I hate memory foam so that wasn't an option. I took a gamble on this topper because I just wasn't sure how truthful the reviews were, but I am SO glad I did! If I wake during the night I have no problem rolling over and going right back to sleep, before this topper I would toss and turn for hours trying to get back to sleep. I also don't find it sleeps hot. I would 100% give this a try!
This item arrived to my house NOT sent by Macys but sent by the manufacturer. it was a torn, dirty, full of dirt mattress pad, and I'm sorry I even lugged it off the porch into my home. This quality was not what I expect from Macys. It was absolute trash and I cannot recommend anyone buy this if. It looked like someone else's dirty return -- showing up in a plastic trash bag with dirt particles inside of an illy-fitting giganto box also full of dirt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress topper came nicely rolled up, was easy to undo. I unfurled it and let it set for 24 hrs before placing on bed. It had a strong rubber/latex smell that had to dissipate before I put it on the bed. It’s a queen size and it fits perfectly. It’s nice and comfy and very soft. You feel like you sink into a cloud. Personally it’s a little too soft for me, I have back issues and need more firmness. But my son ultimately received it because he likes soft and squishy. Cover is very well made and removable for washing, which is great. I would recommend this mattress topper if you like softer feel but if you need firmer I would steer clear of this topper.
