EFFY® Emerald & Diamond Small Earrings in Sterling Silver (Also available in Ruby)

Item arrived quickly and quality is fantastic for the metal. The rubies, are not as expected and extremely cloudy and pink and color. Item is very nice however the stones are not.

Very disappointed. The "rubies" aren't red at all, more pink or fuchsia. They do not at all go with any of my bracelets or necklaces that are ruby. They are pretty but not as depicted in the advertising photo.

I recently purchased a pair of Sapphire and Diamond earrings from Effy through Macy’s online, after seeing the same pair in-store. The store item was defective and wouldn’t latch properly, so I thought ordering a new one online would solve the problem. Unfortunately, the earrings I received had the exact same issue — the latch does not secure properly, which makes them very easy to lose. For a piece of fine jewelry at this price point, I expected better quality and functionality. It’s disappointing that such a beautiful and elegant piece would have such a major flaw. I love the design and the stones are stunning, but the risk of losing them due to poor clasp design makes it difficult to wear them with confidence. I hope Effy addresses this issue seriously — quality should reflect the price.

Lovely earrings in a darker shade of blue; the hinge hoop closure is sturdy and clicks in place!
