[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee maker looks good compared to my previous Ninja but is slower and very loud when making coffee, it literally knocks loudly. Also having to use the pot to fill the water is pretty outdated. Why is there no water reservoir? Had I noticed these things, I would not have purchased it.
We just purchased our 3rd, two in one coffee maker. Considering the hardness of the water we deal with, they hold up as well as can be expected. I wouldn’t even consider another brand or model, this machine does everything well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the newest version of the one I had previously and it is just perfect! I especially like the facts that the carafe is now on the right side AS WELL AS the water window which is so much easier to not only view but pour the water into. The brewing process is so much faster and clean—no water falling around and/or leaks on the bottom of the machine. The filter basket fits into the machine with a click knowing it is in place. The pod function is so efficient and quick, and having an iced coffee option is a huge advantage.

I really wanted to like this coffee maker. Had 3 of them (same model) and the drip side worked great - never any problems at all. However, on all 3 the single-serve maker would quit after about 6 months or so. Kept getting an error and it just wouldn't work - even after going though the troubleshooting and cleaning procedures. Styling is great, and it has really good features some others don't have (4-hour heating on the drip side and bold brew on the drip side) - but that doesn't count for much when it doesn't work properly or last
Great product. Replacing our old that wore out. Only “complaint” is on this new model you put the coffee pot on the right side and the Keurig on the left. It was reversed on the previous model, and for us, we liked it that way.
Very pleased with my new Cuisinart Ciffeemaker. I wanted one that accommodates single serve and a full pot. This does both and it came at an affordable price. I had had my former Cuisinart for many years and expect the same with this new one.

Including "over ice" option. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the backlit screen. It will not stay on all of the time. It will turn off.
