I bought the boot and I received a regular shoes. please fix it

Store didn’t carry item. Had to order on line. Wrong item sent. Shoe instead of boot. No paperwork sent. Customer service at store would not do anything since I did not have “order number”. Even though I had picture and proof of purchase.

These shoes are distinctive and classic all in one. Materials and workmanship are incredible and the style and color really stands out against other similar shoes. If you want something unique that will also get use for years to come, these are the ones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second pair of this specific shoe after three great years with the previous version. Quality is consistent and the compliments still roll in.

I want to prefix my criticism by first saying that this is my 6th pair of Taft Shoes. I am obviously a fan as I find that the shoes are well made. However, the pair of Rome Shoes in Brown that I received were particularly uncomfortable. I have been "breaking them in" for the last 3 weeks or so. I am being patient with them because they were crafted well and they are very nice looking shoes. But, as of this moment, they are difficult to walk in.

Great shoes. Best presentation with delivery I've been seen. Highly recommend!
