Adrianna Papell Women's Beaded Flutter-Sleeve Blouson Gown

Perfection for a formal event in a current fall color.

Purchased this dress for a very special event and I’m so glad I did. It is absolutely gorgeous and easy to wear. The color in the picture is slightly brighter and lighter than the color it actually is in person. This also is a great dress for any skin tone and natural hair color as olive greens tend to go well with many different shades or natural hair color and skin tone. Do not be a shy brunette! ;) easy to pair with simple accessories as the dress is beaded and has plenty of pizzazz while holding elegance. Depending on occasion and season, shoes are easy to find to pair with this dress as well as the beads give you a lot of color options to work with. The only downside I would mention is that the beads do come loose pretty easily if you are not carful and the threads that hold the beads on are sometimes not quite “finished” well. I did notice what looks like loose ends and thread sticking out of the dress upon initial inspection. Even with that though I am happy with it. There are many extra beads and thread for repair that come with the dress if you need to do that. The bead design is busy enough and uses small beads that if beads do come loose, you won’t need to repair right away as it is nearly impossible to see where the bead came from. I have opted to keep the dress in a plastic storage bag and use a hanger for the top and a second hanger to put the bottom of the dress through and relieve some of the weight as it is a heavy dress.

Beautiful beading on a timeless style. If you have olive-toned skin, this is the dress for you. Effortlessly classy and formal, perfect for a December wedding I'm attending. It is pretty long (I'm 5'5" and got a size 2 and it pools at my feet) so expect to need hemming unless you're decently tall.

Giving this dress only three stars due to it is very long for a petite person. It will have to be shortened by about a foot! Otherwise the dress gorgeous and fits well. Some beading has fallen off but too be expected as stated. Dress is just not made for women who are 5’.

I received an entirely different dress from the Beaded Flutter Sleeve Blouson Gown I ordered! Even though the original purchase is considered Final/No Returns, I am sure Macy's will accept the return of the wrong dress and issue a credit. Just very disappointed because the size of the gown I ordered is no longer available! I will write a follow-up after returning the wrong dress.

I loved the dress I had a lot of comments saying that it looked very good I loved it.

the picture doesn't represent the color. I received a dark forest green gown and the picture reflects a medium charstuse color.

Not my favorite. Very matronly.

Did not purchase. Not really appropriate for my needs. Personally, I don't feel comfortable with all the beading, etc. The gown was heavy. This particular gown was loosing beads and had already lost a lot of beads when it arrived. Good thing it came with a bag of extras.
