Sent wrong model, wasn't even a spinner and found a "repair" receipt in the suitcase. Went to store to return at the customer service desk and they didn't know how to return since there was no UPC on suitcase even though I had a receipt with a bar code. Anyhow, had to go to suitcase section to return, but at least they were very helpful.

It is exactly what I needed and ordered. The quality is exceptional and sturdy yet being light

Easy glide, lots of storage, lightweight.

This luggage is good for what we paid. It's sturdy and has enough pockets on the inside I do feel the extendable handle is a little wobbly. I wish it was a little sturdier.
