Also, I feel like an idiot because I have been raving about hotel sheets from Macy’s for over 20 years, probably closer to 30 years. These are horrible. I will never use them and unfortunately, I waited almost 6 months before I even opened them so there’s nothing I can do now. I have washed them at least five times if not more and they are just terrible. I’d like to get my money back, but there’s probably a really bad chance of that ever happening. Macy’s and the Hotel Brand have embarrassed themselves.
It's so soft and silky and formal looking. It is high quality and crisp. I'd highly recommend and this is my 2nd Hotel Collection duvet.

We went into the store and were amazed at the choice of different sheets. The woman that helped us in that department was fabulous. We intended on going out the places to check out other sheets, but after talking with her, we made up our mind. It worked great. We love our sheets and it became an all-time customer now.
It’s still a little stiff but I find it’s growing softer each time I wash it. It’s absolutely beautiful.
