From Day one these shoes felt like walking on a cloud. I was visiting Chicago and walking for my miles a day. My old Georgia Romeo Boots (6yo) were not giving me the cushion I needed and I wanted another brown boot type shoe that I could wear to work. At first I tried a pair of Doc Martins that were very stylish, but the plant based leather does not give and they were super uncomfortable. Glad I went old school with Florsheim!
These Boots are amazing I had a pair for 5 years and they are great so I bought another pair!
Package arrived damaged. The bag it was shipped in was torn through & the box the shoes came in was also torn through. Found that the boots were significantly scratched when I unboxed them. Returned them to the store for a refund. Before buying, saw reviews to not buy online from Macy’s due to other customers’ poor experiences. Decided to take a chance & was very disappointed.
Boots are low quality and came scratched. They look like they would last one night and end up scratching permanently.
Great looking shoe and great value. Very comfortable and fit perfectly. Classic style can go from casual jeans or to a dressy look.
Great style, great fit.
Excellent boots
Love my new boots very comfortable stylish and great looking boot. Looks great with jeans dress pants very nice lug soles
Placed an order online and for some reason they use Doordash as the delivery carrier. The driver delivered to the wrong address. I called Macy's customer support immediately once I noticed the error and even was able to verify the error through the photo the delivery driver provided. They told me they would process a refund. A week went by and I noticed there was no refund so I called my credit card company to see if they noticed a refund status pending and they said no. I had to call Macy's customer support yet again and all she told me is that the refund request was declined and she had to submit a new one. Macy's has become a such a garbage company and I will never be buying from them again! I don't trust they will give me a refund so I opened up a dispute case with my credit card company.
The shoes were really nice. Good quality..
