The lid did not fit properly, therefore allowing the smoke to escape. I immediately contacted the company for a replacement, and they wanted me to pay for the shipping. If I could have rated it zero, I would have.
This smoker is not as advertised. It seeped smoke and an odor within ten minutes of having it on. I had to transfer it outside to cook, which defeats the purpose of an indoor smoker. I thought it would be a nice addition to use for my Fourth of July menu, along with other weeknight meals, however it doesn’t work as advertised.
I love this indoor smoker. I watched a few videos on YouTube for helpful tips. Main complaint was some smoke coming out the sides of the lid. It happens for about 10 minutes and I turn on the exhaust fan. I smoked turkey breast and my guests loved how it came out. I set the probe to 160 and no dryness. I can't wait to try other things.
It's Hard to understand and Work did not come with the best instructions
I did not like it. When I tried to use the smoker it would always jump to slow cooker
Worked great one time. Now the smoke coil does not get hot and unit trips GFCI. Will be returning
