Was looking for a nitrided carbon steel at the mentioning by Alton Brown. I’d never heard of such. I’m so glad I found this not only doest it cook well it is beautiful to look at. I look forward to to many years of use from this pan.

One of my sauce pots are dented and i didn’t realize it until i put the lid on it to steam some cheesy rice 😞
