The shoes are fine. However, the packaging is a DISASTER. The box looks like it came from WW2, or from some third world country, maybe Somalia? Packaging is as important as the product.

No product recieved, yet they want a review!!!
Was asked to leave a review for a product that hasn't been received yet. According to tracking it went from the east coast to the west coast and is now back on the east coast somewhere in purgatory.

Not the same shoe
We have purchased the same shoes for over 15 years. They were always comfortable and high quality. This time they were different. The sizing had drastically changed - the shoes were at least a size smaller. The fit was different - no longer comfortable. And the quality had gone down as well. Now we are looking for a new brand for dress shoes.

Good
Bought for husband and loved them, very comfy, regular fit, not wide or narrowed.
