Shasta Technical Frame Backpack

Me and my sister bought this backpack for a Camino trip in France and Spain. Before we even left both were ripped in the same spot. The strap that goes across your chest, completely fell off. This made my trip supper difficult as we were backpacking for weeks. I bought it in December but used it 9/11/26 till 9/27/26. They should refund me completely because all I can do is trash it. I had to buy a suitcase which defeated the complete back packing experience. Super disappointed with this purchase. I should have spent the extra money for the Osprey brand. out of 11 people, 9 had Osprey and 0 issues. DON'T PURCHASE THIS BACKPACK! 0 Stars for this one.
