These panties do what they say they will do. I have stress incontinence and frequently get a small gush which these panties handle just right.

These panties are not only comfortable but work well absorbing the occasional leak . They stay dry throughout the day without the bulkiness of other brands I will be recommending them to my friends that have tried more expensive absorbent underwear. Jockey is a very dependable brand

I was excited to find these on sale at the outlet store. Unfortunately, they did not fit well and leaked through after wearing them on a moderate flow day for only about an hour. They did not seem to fit tight to my butt (if that makes sense?) and felt like they were not staying in place on my rear end. I leaked through the center of the liner area, so not very absorbent for "moderate."

After cancer my midsection is unpredictable. These feel like good cotton jockey underwear but hold what escapes, amazing! Have not run onto my pants. Look and feel like real good undies!

Comfort and security for unexpected leaks. I need the cotton and the sbsorbancy.

These lined panties are great for me. I have heavy thighs that sweat during these hot summer days. The absorption of sweat prevents friction problems.
