IGI Certified Lab Grown Diamond Engagement Ring (1 ct. t.w.) in 14k White Gold or 14k Gold & White Gold

I recently purchased a ring, but the buying process was more frustrating than expected. Since the size 5 was not available in-store, we ordered it online for shipment to the store. It arrived about a week later, but unfortunately it was the wrong size (6.5). We then reordered the correct size, but this time we were told it could not be shipped to the store and had to be shipped to our home address instead. It was confusing that different sizes of the same ring would have different shipping options. That said, the store associates were very helpful and did their best to assist throughout the process. The customer service was excellent, but the ordering and fulfillment process could definitely be improved.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten it, so no rating

I ordered this ring under expedited 2-day delivery but it did not arrive. I inquired on the possible delivery date and it just kept getting pushed back until more than 2 weeks or so. It’s as if I paid extra for nothing and I’m working under a strict timetable so I decided to just cancel the order since I don’t need it anymore. I decided to get a refund and called customer service 11/25 or 11/26 and I was told to wait for 72 hours for my refund only to be told the refund process hasn’t started until 12/1 when I called again and it’s now 12/4 and I still haven’t received my refund or any information about it.

I have been waiting for my delivery. If I do not receive it soon I may have to request a refund.

When I first showed the ring to my GF's daughters, they fell head over heels and My now Fiancé absolutely loved it. Very classy and elegant!!

So, I’m preparing to be engaged. As usual, I need a ring so her and I went shopping. We found this ring and she said she loved it. I ordered it and now I’m stuck without a ring. I ordered it on the 8th, and now it’s the 19th and it’s STILL IN PROCESSING. The shipping date has been pushed back several times. Customer support has done nothing for me. I’m hoping this review will attract the help I need, because otherwise, the ring looked great on her hand. She said that it felt premium.
