Lightweight 20" Curb Link Chain Necklace (5mm) in 14k Gold

Hard to write a review for an item I never received and am still being charged for. Word to the wise make it a store pickup. I received a box with no items in it. The box was never tampered with at the delivery point. I called customer service immediately upon receipt to no avail. Obviously closing my Macy’s/AMEX card. I don’t want to do business with a company that doesn’t stand by their customers. They even admitted it wasn’t the first time this has happened to other customers. Better off going to a Jewelry store. Not worth the headache!

I bought this for my 16 year old son. Nice necklace, 4 stars because I did expect it to be more solid, it is pretty light weight, I did but it on sale I would not have paid more than I did for this particular necklace

I went to a jewelry store to check and if it has gold but it also has metal then it is as if it was bathed in gold but it is not 100% gold
