I have been using this product for a years and like that the skin around my eyes keeps smooth and firm. Fine lines are almost invisible. I am 74 years old and I don't look my age thanks to my daily routine of applying Re-Nutriv Estee Lauder products.

I have used this product for a number of years and loved that it was so light, creamy and absorbed really well, really doing exactly what they advertised. But 2 times recently I tried to reorder and ended up with a substandard product that not only did not moisturize or absorb, but pulled at my skin when I tried to apply it, dried up and flaked off, and was worse than not wearing it at all! No quality control? I need to return this and try something else but it's really disappointing! I'm a long time Estée Lauder user and never before encountered this. I've been trying to communicate with them but their phone line wasn't working and on line chat has been extremely slow and cumbersome. Trying to make a return.

Nothing else works as well on fine lines, puffiness, and brightness. I have tried various lux brands. This one works on my fair skin with redness. It sinks into the skin. No greasy feeling. I can actually feel it firming. In the morning, I look in the mirror and I have almost no visible lines around my eyes and forehead. Ask for a sample at the counter. You won’t be disappointed.

I placed an order & was supposed to receive this item as part of my promotional items. However, you only have 30 minutes to change an order, and the company waited 3.25 hours to tell me that the promotional item wasn't available. By that time, I was not allowed to make changes to my order & select the other item that was offered. WATCH OUT WHEN YOU ORDER ITEMS WITH PROMOTIONAL ITEMS--YOU MAY FIND OUT THAT THEY CANCEL YOUR ITEMS AND GIVE YOU NO RECOURSE TO CORRECT THE ISSUE.

I ordered Estée Lauder Eye Cream and got these items. Don’t think I should have to go to the trouble of returning when you messed up. I have plenty of other options to buy EsteeLauder
