Superior 2-Inch Down Alternative Mattress Pad Topper, Twin

This was a waste of my money. It was purchased to create extra cushioning on a mattress. Because of the make it offers very little cushioning.

I have yet to receive my order. 2nd order delayed with no explanation.

Just received this Topper. The first thing I noticed as I was putting it on my bed was there are no straps on each end to secure the Topper from moving as it states in the description.

Terrible never fluffed after48 hours, there was a strong odor that gave me an Allergy attack and I found hair on the product, terrible I wouldn’t suggest it

I ordered 6 items, 1 was a mattress topper which I received. The other 5 items were towels that are yet to even be shipped. When I called Customer support for this, the CS person told me this is not a macy's issue and it is a supplier issue. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the CS person hung up on me,.
