Very disappointed
I ordered these boots early for Valentine’s Day. I kept getting updates that they were on their way. Then was informed that they wouldn’t arrive until 2/19/26. This was the third time I had tried to get them. Then on 2/19/26, I checked the tracking and the package had arrived in New Jersey on 2/9 and now on 2/19 the package was lost. I called Macy’s and they are not available to order. This is absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer (platinum) for many years.

The color is not what’s in the picture
I ordered this on line and was surprised when I opened the box because in the picture it shows beautiful Christmas red but it’s more of a dusty burgundy and absolutely not red, not even close I was so disappointed that didn’t even try it on, will be returning it tomorrow!
