Disappointing performance for a premium candle.
I had high expectations for the Tom Ford Oud Wood Scented Candle, especially given the Tom Ford name and premium price, but unfortunately it was extremely disappointing.
The biggest issue is that the candle gives off virtually no scent or aroma when burning. Even in a smaller room, I could barely detect any fragrance unless I was standing directly next to it. For a luxury scented candle—particularly one based on a fragrance as distinctive as Oud Wood—I expected a rich, noticeable scent that would fill the room.
The candle itself may look elegant, but at this price point, appearance isn’t enough. I purchased it for the fragrance, and unfortunately it simply doesn’t deliver. I would not purchase it again.

Smells nice, but…
Was a gift and when opened, saw that the wick was already partially burnt and the wax was displaced to one side of the container. Looked like a return that they repackaged. Disappointing as a gift but it smelled nice.

Christmas Gift
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m giving this as a Christmas gift, so it has not yet been opened. Packaging seems nice. I appreciate the Tom Ford bag that Bloomingdales supplied (in store). It’s hard to buy scents for other people, but felt like I couldn’t go wrong with a luxury candle in a classic scent.
