Nice shoe, unfortunately not very comfortable. I ordered my size and even with shoe stretch they hurt. The next size would have been too large. I'm really surprised especially since they're Cole Haans. I should have returned them. Hopefully with continued stretching they'll give in time.
While walking, the inside of my shoe makes an embarrassing noise because of the strange shoe design.
I have been wearing Cole Haun heels, boots, etc for years. I have never worn such an uncomfortable shoe in any brand. This is definitely not the Cole Haun quality I’m familiar with and absolutely unacceptable to make such an ill fitted painful shoe. Unfortunately, I wore them to the office and thought they needed to be broken in. I was terribly mistaken. They destroyed my feet. They are neither too big nor too small. Where is the quality control?

Excellent quality, beautiful leather, comfortable padded footbed. Nice height heel.
My staple shoe for getting around comfortably.
I ordered an 8 1/2" a little on the tight side however I believe the size 9 would be too big. Color very rich and heel a tiny little on the high side but very supportive. Feel solid walking on them.
Professional/ evening out
All my life I have worn medium width shoes including Cole Han but this style has a very narrow cut!
