I bought this almost 2 weeks ago and it still says it's processing! I contacted customer service 1 week after buying and they said it was almost shipped out. They also said that they cant do anything about it due to it almost being shipped out. I don't understand why the merchant says expected to shipped within 2 days if that is not true! highly recommend reading reviews before buying from this merchant!
Love this. Will purchase more in different colors.
haven't received it yet, so I don't know. Never took this long to receive anything from macy's.
Haven’t gotten it
I love it, purchased in 2 colors. Nice and soft. Will buy more. First-time using duvet inserts, not a bad idea. I dnt think I'll ever go bk to basic comforters.
I never received my merchandise and have no idea whether it met my expectations. You have charged my account for it anyway and are refusing to refund my money when I called to inquire about it,I was told that it had been delivered. I was also given a phony UPS tracking number with no info as to the delivery date nor to whom and where it was delivered. There was also no phone number provided. Ironically, four other customers also stated they too had not received their package, and had the same experience. This seems to be a Scam!! D
I never got my package and my refound
i misunderstood when i bought this. Its a sheet that you slip onto another comforter to change the color without buying a new one. But when i bought it i was expecting the whole comforter. Its cute but im gonna return just because im lazy to put another blanket inside this one it has buttons to secure it and everything but im goood ill just buy an actual comforter
The duvet is PERFECT ! Great quality and has a very elegant look to it !
The pinch pleat adds so much to the Duvet!
