The coffee maker worked just fine. But I was very disappointed with the insulated container. The lid was hard to get on & off . The hole in the top was too small to wash it I couldn’t get my hand inside of it. You couldn’t dry it . I returned it
We've had Cuisinart coffee makers for over 30 years and liked them very nuch. This is the worst! Each time we used it, the coffee grounds leaked from the filter onto the top of the carafe cover and leaked coffee onto the counter. We tried using less coffee grounds in the filter with the same result. As many other reviews mentioned, the coffee doesn't stay warm. We did preheat the carafe with hot water, but noticed that the coffee is only warm, not hot, as soon as it's done brewing. Don't buy this!

I like the fact that you made the improvements to the programming. I’m still not sure if there is something wrong with the way it finishes the coffee. Because it keeps on cooking the water that is gone. It makes popping sounds.

It prepared well over 5,000 pots of coffee. We are not disappointed. The thermal pot retains heat for hours without burning the coffee with the use of a hot plate. The replacement continues in its satisfactory service.

This is a nice little coffeemaker, simple to use and to clean. The display is bright enough that it makes a nice night light for the kitchen.
I was so excited to receive it, because it had all the features I was looking for, but I was very disappointed when I made my first pot. There were grounds in the coffee and on top of the carafe after brewing. When I poured some into a cup, there was a ring of grounds around the edge and in the bottom of the pot was a layer of coffee silt. I tried paper filters, the permanent gold filter, using less grounds and nothing worked. It was noisy while brewing and the beeping when done was loud and annoying. Very disappointed and returned after 6 attempts.
