Women's Heart infinity Earrings in Sterling Silver

I have no idea how this item is! I bought it as a birthday gift for my granddaughter with a promised delivery of Sept 18. To date (September 24), it has not been delivered and there is no update in the tracking since a week ago. I think it might be lost, but when I called Macys today, the agent said it should be delivered by Sept 28. It will be replaced if by then it is not received. I am so disappointed and expected much better shipping from Macy.

My daughter loves the earrings. They were a Christmas gift and she really likes their sparkle and movement.
