Havaianas Women's Slim Tropical Round Toe Sandals

Wrong item was sent.

I received the wrong time pictured on the website.

I thought Macy’s would have fixed the issue by now but NOPE! Received today the same design someone else posted in their photo. Returning.

Did not get the color or design I ordered! Will definitely be returning them!

After reading reviews on Macy's sending the wrong sandal model to clients, I did not think this would happen to me. However, it did. I went today to pick up my order at Macy's Dadeland Miami, and when I opened the package, I noticed I was sent the wrong model. I hope Macy's customer service can read these reviews, not just mine, but multiple clients, and do something to fix this error and not waste more customers' time.

I received an item that is a different color than the picture on your website. I will go ahead and keep it although it is not what I wanted. This is a little disappointing.

As a gift for my daughter’s upcoming honeymoon, I ordered two pairs of Haviiana flip flops at sale price and received two pairs of different Haviianas: the wrong color for both! Now what?

Just ok. Not really comfy

Our youngest lives in Japan where she does not wear slippers so I bought these for her to wear while home. She wore them virtually everyday for the 2 weeks she was home. Comfy, cute.
