Ello DuraGlass 7-Cup Round Meal Prep Food Storage Container

I really wanted to like these, because they look very cute. However, the product description on the website and the materials that come with the product are very misleading. Both say "no need to remove the silicone sleeve. " What they do not say, and should, is that if you try to remove the silicone sleeve, the sleeve will rip, leave chunks on the glass that you can't get off, and you won't really ever be able to get it back on again. I will be using these for storage, without the sleeves. It really should say "never remove the sleeve. "

Everything there is to love about Ellos, I live. Leak-proof, durability, even the color of my recently purchased containers. These are hard to find these days! These 7 cup ello containers were purchased and are store in our car for restaurant carry-outs. We are anti-styrofoam! Impact-resistance, reusable for the win!!!

I am new to Ello and just received the container, this is an amazing product line. The quality is excellent for storing food or being on the go. Perfect size and shape. If you are trying to phase out your plastic containers, the are an amazing replacement and I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grey protective cover doesn’t fit well. It is loose and bunches up. Also wasn’t on straight and took some maneuvering to get it straight. I like the size but probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

This glass came crushed into fine glass shards and larger pieces of sharp glass. I didn't realize until I started to take off the bubble wrap around it. Glass went everywhere on my kitchen floor, my dogs food, and table and cut my finger cleaning it up. I am livid. There is no return receipt included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the biggest size Duraglass meal prep container & it’s the one we use the most… I bought 2 of them.
