Charter Club Continuous Cool Medium/Firm Density Pillow, Standard/Queen, Exclusively at Macy’s

Very comfortable pillow giving good side support. Very smooth feeling, without any lumps.

I wanted this pillow for the coolness and firm quality, it's firm, but the cooling isn't enough for me. It's only on one side and if I flip my pillow, it's just a form pillow.

great pillow

Found even the soft density to be too solid.

I am getting used to them. They are firmer than I'm used to but I think I'm feeling better when I wake up in the morning. I am not noticing neck pain.

I ordered a queen and it was too firm and fluffy. Not good for stomach and side sleepers.

We absolutely love these pillows

This is a lovely pillow it is soft and airy so I don’t get hot. I put a silky pillow protector on it so my pillowcase would slide on.

I’m glad the sales person helped me choose this product.

Do not recommend. The pillows went flat after just a few months.
